I had a mostly pleasant stay at Doubletree By Hilton St Paul Downtown. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, like when they surprised us with champagne for our anniversary. The location is ideal, with easy access to the Excel Center through the skyway, although parking was quite expensive and seemed a bit tricky. The room was comfortable, despite a few minor issues, notably the size of the bathroom.
